Snakes

There are no traditional free spins, instead, ELK Studios offers one round with up to six snakes, which can produce a long streak of avalanches. Players need to land consecutive wins in the same round to fill the Snake Meter to release the beasts. Every snake is what the developer calls a ‘walking cluster’. It survives by eating symbols of its type, wilds, orchids or by biting itself. Otherwise, a snake dies and disappears.

With every symbol eaten, it grows to award better payouts. Filling the meter multiple times awards more snakes and when they cross paths, they create multiplier wilds. There can be up to 6 snakes at a time, which is a sure way to land a few multiplier wilds and some nice payouts.

Orchids

The Reborn version introduces four orchids, three of which are only useful when eaten by snakes and one (blood orchid) is capable of producing a snake itself when it’s paired with another orchid. And if it’s eaten by a snake, then it creates a random number of new snakes. When eaten, three other orchids can award an extra snake, multiplier wilds and revive a snake.

How to Activate Snakes

You’ll need consecutive wins in one round to fill the meter and get three snakes. When half the meter is filled, players get a bunch of wilds to help them collect the rest of the wins. If the meter fills again and again in the same round, it awards 4, then 5 and then 6 snakes at a time.
