Slot Review

This is the second slot in the new Nitropolis series that takes a closer look at each clan. The war between them is disrupted by the appearance of a powerful Wolf who has claimed the entire city. Clans have all retreated only to wait for an opportunity to enter the nitro-rich territory again.

Rats easily navigate wasteland evading police and never hesitating to take revenge on cops. They run tirelessly and jump from one vehicle to another to collect diamonds, raid fuel depots and wreak havoc.

Features

Rogue Rats of Nitropolis is nothing like any other slot you’ve played, but it has a familiar CollectR engine at the heart of its gameplay. This unique mechanic debuted in Pirots and reappeared in its sequel. But this time, it’s a completely new presentation of the engine.

As you load Rogue Rats of Nitropolis, you won’t see a traditional layout. There are no reels and nothing that makes up a traditional video slot. But the controls are all the same, and you can just push a Spin button to see what’s going to happen. That sends a rat into action as he jumps into the nearest vehicle and tries to reach a collection of symbols of the same color as the car.

Nitro Fuel

But cars available at wasteland all have an almost empty fuel tank and can’t take you far. Keep an eye on the fuel gauge above the main gaming grid because it’s a clear indicator of your chances of landing wins.

If a collection or a feature symbol is reached, it boosts the level of nitro and hopefully it’ll be enough to reach another cluster. Once a vehicle has a fuel tank filled to the brim, the Nitro Fuel Boost gets activated, and a vehicle will run without consuming any fuel until a coin prize is collected.

Boosters and Coin Wins

The rat will at times stumble on a variety of objects, and that’s how a multitude of features get activated. There will be multipliers, symbol upgrades, vehicle switch, fuel refill but the most spectacular ones are perhaps coin wins because that’s when a rat blows up police cruisers, helicopters and even headquarters.

There are just four regular symbols in Rogue Rats of Nitropolis, which are red, yellow, green and blue diamonds. But they each have 6 levels and upgrade every time a Nitro Blob explodes nearby. And when symbols upgrade to the higher levels and then get multiplied, you can get some impressive wins.

Bonus Rounds

There are two bonus games. The regular bonus awards 3 free spins. Its Super version offers the same number of spins, but each round starts with the Nitro Fuel Boost feature. To land a regular bonus, you need to collect two bonus symbols, and if you want a Super Bonus, then at least one of two symbols must be a Super Bonus symbol.

Rogue Rats of Nitropolis is an unconventional slot that pushes the boundaries and offers a fresh gaming experience. It features the player favorite CollectR engine in a completely new setting.
