This is the third installment that explores an exciting life of bees. The journey began with a massive success of Wild Swarm in 2018. It doesn’t seem like the sequel was able to match its success, but the series remained very much noticeable. This third installment marks the introduction of fixed jackpots up to x1,000.

Hitting two smaller jackpots is a rather common event. But landing bigger prizes is a challenge, which is expected in Wild Swarm Triple Hive or any other slot title.

Bees in FS are collected towards the jackpot activation. They each come with a different crystal on their shields. Each color represents a specific jackpot. Of course, you want the top prize. Free Spins

Three hives above the grid accumulate bees. Any bee can be the one that causes an explosion. So, you get honey splashed all over the screen and seven sweet free rounds. Each hive collects bees that prepare a different bonus. Usually, you’ll have one of them explode, but it’s also possible that two or three activate at a time.

It’s incredible how frequent the features are. But this frequency does affect the expected bonus payouts. Push Gaming doesn’t provide detailed stats, but if we are to test Wild Swarm Triple Hive for our Slot Stats page, the results would probably be the following. Bonus frequency is very high, somewhere around 1 in 50 spins or even more frequent. But the average bonus win is going to be quite low. I had around 15-20 activations and no wins above x40.

Multiplier FS

These are quite frequent. These are the first two bonuses I triggered. And both landed within the first 100 spins. However, the excitement of getting a feature quickly faded away as the first activation brought me just 3x bet.

The second activation was better because two Queen Bees have landed, which delivered multiple Sticky Wilds. Overall payout wasn’t as big as you would expect when having 8 wilds at the same time. I had a bunch of more multiplier spins, but they all came with winnings that are on the lower end of the spectrum.

Jackpot FS

These are also possible to trigger within a relatively short game session. But they are less frequent than the one mentioned above in this Wild Swarm Triple Hive slot review. And it seems to be more generous as I was even able to hit a couple Minor Jackpots.

Sticky FS

This feature is the least common. That’s because four Sticky Wilds are guaranteed from the very first spin. Landing this bonus was a challenge. But when you finally trigger it, things don’t necessarily go as you expected. This does have a nice potential, but good luck is still the major factor if you want to land anywhere decent payout.

Luckily, the accumulation progress persists for the remaining features once one of them gets triggered. So, you continue from where you left off.

Conclusion

Wild Swarm Triple Hive packs more features and even a series of fixed jackpots. This slot is a decent addition to this series. Three hives activate quite frequently providing an eventful experience.

However, bonuses often award very small payouts. That’s probably to balance off the high bonus frequency. But the features that come with free spins are very well capable of delivering massive prizes.
